At Zakheera Hair Care, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you may request a replacement within 7 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return or exchange, the product must be unused, unopened, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used hair care products cannot be returned unless they are damaged or incorrectly delivered.
If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product), we will cover the return shipping cost. Once the returned product has been received and inspected, your replacement or refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued through your original payment method or as store credit, depending on the payment method used.
We offer FREE Shipping and Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan.
Orders are processed within 24 hours after confirmation and are typically delivered within 2–5 business days, depending on your location. Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive a tracking number via SMS or WhatsApp (where available).
