1. Returns

We accept returns only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.

To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

Proof of purchase and unboxing video/pictures are required for verification.
2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for opened or used haircare products unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5β7 working days via your original payment method or store credit.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4. Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

For an exchange, contact us within 3 days of delivery with proof (images/videos).
