Return & Refund Policy

At Zakheera Haircare, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


1. Returns

  • We accept returns only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.

  • To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

  • Proof of purchase and unboxing video/pictures are required for verification.


2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for opened or used haircare products unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.


3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days via your original payment method or store credit.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


4. Exchanges

  • We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • For an exchange, contact us within 3 days of delivery with proof (images/videos).
