We currently deliver to all major cities and towns across Pakistan.

📦 Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 24 hours after confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • All orders are carefully packed to ensure they arrive in excellent condition.

🚚 Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Major Cities: 2–4 Business Days
  • Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3–5 Business Days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

We proudly offer Cash on Delivery (COD) throughout Pakistan, allowing you to pay when your order arrives.

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number (where available) so you can monitor your shipment.

are entered correctly during checkout. Incorrect or incomplete information may result in delivery delays.

📦 Failed Deliveries

If delivery cannot be completed because:

  • the customer is unavailable,
  • the contact number is unreachable, or
  • the address is incorrect,

the parcel may be returned to us. Our customer support team will contact you to arrange redelivery if possible.

❗ Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your Order Number
  • Photos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging

We'll review your request and work to resolve the issue promptly.
