At Zakheera Haircare, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to love our products, but we understand that issues can sometimes arise. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.


🔄 Return Eligibility

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our haircare products, we do not accept returns on items that have been opened, used, or tampered with.

We will accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • You received the wrong item

  • Your item was damaged in transit

  • You received an expired product (very rare, but we take it seriously)


Return Request Timeline

You must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to be eligible for a return or refund due to the reasons listed above.


🛠️ How to Request a Return or Refund

Please email us at zakheerahaircare@gmail.com or message us on Instagram with the following details:

  1. Order number

  2. Description of the issue

  3. Clear photos of the product (including packaging if damaged)

Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours.


💸 Refunds

If your return is approved:

  • You may receive a replacement product, store credit, or a full/partial refund, depending on the situation.

  • Refunds (if approved) will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling after delivery

  • Allergic reactions (we recommend doing a patch test before full use)

  • Products that have been used or opened


🚫 Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before they are processed for shipping. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled or modified.
